Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent Juniper Content: For certification or reference
Review: Harry's JNCIP and JNCIE books won't put you to sleep or remind you of free documentation that is available on the Internet. They cover each JUNOS feature in-depth and apply the features to a "lab network" throughout each chapter. I believe I own every book published with Juniper content and these stand out in my collection. You won't find chapters wasting time with an overview of TCP/IP, the OSI model, or basic IP routing. Buy these books even if you not are taking the lab exams. They will help with the your real world configurations of all the IGPs, BGP, MPLS, VPNs, CoS, IPv6, and multicast protocols. I think they are great for the Cisco engineers that need to get up to speed with Juniper M-series routers. These books belong with the Jeff Doyle books that are already on our bookshelves.
