Rating: Summary: Excellent book - for beginners only Review: A book that provides concise explanations to the features you'll use most often in FrontPage. I like most of the books in the Visual Quickstart series. I stopped buying 700+ page software books years ago-never finished any of them! You can write me at redactech@yahoo.ca for more info if necessary. Sean
Rating: Summary: Clear and easy to follow Review: A while back I was looking for a book on Photoshop that would show me how to do certain things without getting bogged down in lengthy discussions about all the technical aspects of the program. I picked up the Visual Quick Start guide, it was exactly what I was looking for. Quick, concise instructions on how to accomplish what I was attempting to do. When I picked up FrontPage 2002 I immediately picked up the Visual Quick Start guide since I wanted to learn the program as quickly as possible. The book is organized well, finding what you are looking for is a snap. If you are an advanced user of FrontPage 2002 this book will be helpful for looking up something you may need a refresher on but it will not show you how to do advanced things. But if you want to get up and running quickly this book is for you!
Rating: Summary: Good book for BEGINNERS Review: Because my first critique of this book was curiously "edited", let me say that FrontPage 2002 for Windows is a short book that will not meet the needs of readers who are already somewhat familiar with the software: the book is ONLY suitable for beginners.
