Summary: I really like this book.
Review: This book is a reasonable easy book for people to understand and read. It is quite comprehensive but is missing more additional information about the RDG (rational data gathering). I found myself pondering over the RDG section. I did learn a lot from this book and I would recommend for you to go get it. It is quite expensive but your money will be well used. Wonderful book!
