Review: Working in a major telecommunications company, I read several different books on e-commerce to get a better handle on the topic. My company just recently redesigned their web site, and I used this book as a guide to help me through that journey. I absolutely love the diagrams that illustrate a picture of the processes described within the book in my mind. I also like the "notes" and "tips" throughout the book that highlight information that I should take a second look at. I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who works with e-commerce or has some interest in the topic.
