Review: An encyclopedic guide to Excel 2000, this book is the only guide I would consider using for the new version of Excel.

Summary: Great for intermediate or "power" Excel user
Review: I got a chance to see an early review copy of the book and have to say it's great. It is especially comprehensive in the areas or data analysis, including Excel PivotTables that use SQL Server 7.0 OLAP features, as well as programming Excel with simple macros. If you're a power user that's looking for a deeper understanding of Excel, plus some stuff that's hard to find anywhere else, this book's for you.
