Introduction to programming Internet Explorer in C#

Summary: Wish this was available outside the USA!!!
Review: Well this book seems to be what I need, but when you try to purchase it, it does not seem to allow you to get it if your outside the USA?? I have tried to get it from elsewhere online or the publisher and they all say I should get it from here. But, international Amazon sites do not stock it?? Why?
