Summary: One of the worst decision I made to get this book.
Review: I bought this book for 3 reasons; author's instution, title and publisher. After the book arrives, I know I have to change my criterion to buy the book. The book is nothing more than any traditional operation management book plus basic IT that you can see in magazine or cnet.com (cnet.com may be better). No depth, no width. Just a thin book with first year college textbook. Not recommend.
