Review: I purchased this pamphlet (not enough pages for a book) in 12/2004. It is a list of the course requirements with a very brief blurb after each one. It tries to expand on this by listing relevant web sites. Most of the links didn't work and the ones that did weren't very useful. Unfortunately, there is no reasonably priced study guide for this exam. Save your money.
