Summary: An unvested, brillant framework for understanding the Net
Review: What a relief to find a book that is not breathless, self-serving, half crazed and half baked. This is the book many people have been waiting for. I especially have been looking for something that addresses the digital democracy issue responsibly and provocatively. I've wondered how federally collected information about countless topics, when made freely and accessibly available over the Net, could redefine radically its relationship to the public.
