Review: This book is very easy to use for someone with no web-page design experience. It walks you step by step through the process of design either from scratch or by templates. Pictures match to your screen images to help you follow the text and there are quizzes at the end of chapters for review. Although it's set-up for classroom instruction, almost anyone could use it independently!
