Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Thumbs up
Review: I use this book to teach property managers how to put their business into QuickBooks. It is easy to use and very informative. Helps you run reports on each property showing income and expense for your properties seperatly. I have found that the author responds to emails and will return your calls if you get confused.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Not detailed enough.
Review: Only gave me basic information I could find in a user forum. Definately not worth the price.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Complete Waste of Money
Review: What a complete waste of $49.99. Virtually no substance. No real world advice on how to strategically use Qb in Property Management. My wife and I use QB for our consulting and real estate business, but wanted some additional advice on best practices when it comes to managing our investment properties. Most of the book is full of general QB stuff the basic user already knows. I would say only 5% of the book has anything to do with Property Management. Also, the back side of each page is blank. You could consolidate this relevant information in this book into a pamphlet. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND I WILL BE LOOKING TO TRY TO GET A REFUND.
