I do believe that this is book is for you if you would like to target for this aim. As a developer, I deem I need to take an insight how to implement my ideas, how to model it and turn it to be a reality. More importantly, you will understand more on the business and customer edges, how to understand your clients' needs instead of being crazy on the technologies.

This book tells me, technology is important, but management and business development is much more crucial what ever you are working in IT industry or not.
