Rating: Summary: wonderful book ! Review: A very good start to learning Html. lots of fun
Rating: Summary: An excellent and pleasurable how-to book. Review: As a graphic arts professor I found this book particularly good as a teaching and a learning tool. It is excellently planned with comfortable but insightful illustrations that take the anxiety out of building your own web page. This simplified approach should indeed be used for how-to books on other computer graphics like Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark. Thanks much to the authors.
Rating: Summary: A great book! Review: I already had a web site when I got this book...but I got it anyway to see if I would learn anything new. Wow, I did, and it's a great book! The directions are really simple, and it lets you make a great web site. They have step by step instructions to make a sample web site that really exists... It's really neat!

Rating: Summary: Great beginner website building book! Review: I bought this book at my sixth grade book fair at my school. It was my first introduction to HTML and web design, and I've been constantly designing websites ever since. The book is fun to read and is easy to follow, and within a week I had a website already created that had my personal picture, my personal biography, and my favorite links. I showed it to my teacher at school and impressed her quite a bit :) Now I'm building websites constantly (...). I highly, highly recommend this book for kids and adults alike!
Rating: Summary: Good for Adults, too Review: I bought this book for my daughter but ended up using it myself. It covers basic html and is simply written. Good for kids or adults. I'm happy I bought it - it is well worth the money you pay for it.
Rating: Summary: Oh my Gosh! Review: I just bought this book(make your own webpage)from a prize andI started reading it.Maybe I can have a real web page when my dadcomes home from America.I was fansinated when I was reading the book.It is very helpful for people who wants to make their own webpage. Rating: Summary: Absolutely the best! Review: My 10 yr old ordered this book through his school and was able to build his own web-site in less than a week. Absolutely fantastic! I had been trying to teach him HTML and web-page design for quite a while and was getting nowhere. This book accomplished that effortlessly. It presents step by step instructions (and manages to keep the content interesting and engaging all the time). The book is easy to read with plenty of useful examples and insight. There should be follow-ons for this book - leading to advanced HTML (and related) techniques for designing and implementing web pages.
Rating: Summary: easy to use Review: This book was good for helping you make a website...i made my own off of it! The problem was, there was too many details they told you to follow. I think it's a good book to get you started and for reference, but nothing more.
