Review: I upgraded to Windows 2000 Word and I wanted to be familiar with the additional features of Word 2000. I was so impressed with how to import/export features, clip art, and the new template features that using this book even briefly speeded up my proficiency on this application in no time flat. I was so impressed with this book on to the point examples and such I gave my copy to my grandmother. She knew nothing about Word and after using this book in less than one hour she had tears in her eyes and what she could do in such a short amount of time. This book is not also easy to understand but has step by step illustrations as well. A must have book for the novice.
