Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good orientation
Review: This book overs the opportunity to get aquinted with the different programming languages in Linux. The different programming languages in this book are introduced so that starting programmers can get "a taste" of the different languages and there capabillity. I am not a programmer. I started getting interested in programming thanks to Linux. Because the book handels different languages the only problem is the diversity which became a little confusing trying to read it all at once. The book is easy readable, it is well written. So overall a splendid introduction. Even some languages are introduced in such a way that you can already start using the examples and try some code for yourself.
