Summary: Quite good prep. material
Review: Questions in the book are very parallel the ones at the exam. I found this book as a good review material when you finish studying the main text book.

CD has a good exam simulator, unfortunately with the same questions from the book. So when you finish the book, you can put the CD and instantly get a %100.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A good preparation for test
Review: Questions in this book were very similiar to questions on the real test. After going through this book I had a very good feel of the level of questions. They don't have a very detailed explanation of why a certain answer is right or wrong. Don't use this book as a study guide.

Summary: Quite good prep. material
Review: The book and CD does have some issues, but for the money, can't be beaten. This test predicted my pass rate within a couple of percentage points. Areas of weakness are highlighted, however the test is realistic in the type and difficulty of the questions.

Issues

1) Total lack of options in the type of test taken; only a 50 random test is available (like in the exam). No 1st 2nd and 3rd tests ,just one, but there are far more than 50 questions on the CD (see point 2).

2) Some of the same questions will inevitably come up on the second test reducing its effectiveness (MS does sell extra ones)

Summary: Could have been better
Review: This book does have some deficiencies. First, this book suffered from a number of mistakes and misconceptions (IPSEC policies comes to mind). Second, the book's organization is often haphazard and disjointed. Third, I didn't feel that topic exposition was as well thought out as the 70-210 Pro or 70-215 Server Readiness Review books (they are definitely better).

Even with its obvious problems, I still recommend the book. Other books rarely drill down the level of detail that the readiness review books do. This is the first of the series that I have not been completely satisfied with.
