Rating: Summary: Great Book for a solid understanding of Subfiles Review: I read this book a couple of years ago and I really enjoyed it. I thought that it was very easy to understand and that it taught in a very systematic approach. I worked through all of the exercises(in RPGIV) and felt they were great! I liked how for the first few chapters he gives you every bit of code and then after a while he challenges you by giving you the concept and some snippets of code, and then sends you off to make modifications to you project. It's also set up just like a textbook. Great Book!
Rating: Summary: More then a start Review: If you heard a lot about subfiles, you have some experience in AS/400 programming but never done it form scratch, this book will be a real help. You will learn the basic techniques and how to build your own way through. The stile is school like. No black holes, every new things fully covered. The state of art? Up to you!

Rating: Summary: Step by step instructions Review: Very practical, real life projects easy to read makes you think on your own, not retype code from the book. I have recommended this book to about six people and all of them loved it. RE to previous review You are probably in the dark about everything that concern computers, try learning DDS first and some basic RPG.
