Review: I have been teaching networking courses for 4 years now and this is the first network support book that I found covers all the bases for me. An excellent and detailed look at how networking works and how to solve problems related to network traffic, network configuration, cabling, security, and documentation. This is the first book I've seen that tackles both protocol analysis and no-nonsense operating system configuration issues. I've used it in my network support class and students find it easy to read and well-explained.
