Summary: It Worked For Me!
Review: I bought this book because I wanted to be able to use my PowerBook to access our office resources, which are 100 per cent Windows-centric. I've managed to avoid learning anything about networking in the past--at work, all of that's handled by others and at home, AppleTalk makes having to know anything optional. Lucky for me, I came across this book. It's well-organized and concise; I was able to find what I needed to know and skip over parts that weren't relevent. The book isn't bogged down in details--in many places, it simply points you in the right direction or at the right software solution. Within a week or so of buying this book, I was working almost seamlessly with our Windows stuff using my PowerBook!
