Review: I know someone may think he/she got lots of SOI things from this book. As a pioneer in SOI field, I think this book is too mathematical to describe the spirits of SOI devices. Authors should have derivated most important equations, so readers know
what's inside. No one cares about "inside Intel", but "Intel inside"!

Review: I strongly suggest people who decide to learn SOI CMOS should buy this book. All the materials in this book are up-to-date. I learned many knowledge of SOI from this book. Accroding the references provided by this book, I got more information of SOI technology, device model and circuit design techniques. I think this is a useful book for poeple who want to enter into this hot field.
