Review: A very well presented book especially for those organisations who are either on the journey to ISO 14000 implementation or are planning.

It provides as excellent toolkit for those individuals who are to be invlved in the envoirnment management systems.

We have used it in our organisation for the team and found it extremely helpful. We have used it for training and evaluation of employees and in the assesment of their strenghts and weaknesses.

On these basis it has enabled us to identify training need analysis.

We would there fore reccomend it as a compulsory addition in every company library.
