Review: The book was referred to me by another system administrator, who used it on his large corporate network with ease. this book does provide a great starting point, covers many of the details, and can be used just by itself to setup zenworks

Review: This book will help both beginner and experienced users of the Novell ZENworks product and supplement the sparse documentation provided by Novell. Each topic is explained as both an overview and in detail. Even more obscure topics such as licensing and inventory are well covered.
