Review: This book is an excellent self-paced course to take. 2 courses in one (Proficient & Expert) and covers almost everything possible. Microsoft's Office User Specialist exam does not compliment this extraordinary course. The labs have a couple mistakes, but easy to figure out. I recommend this to all who use Office 97 Word. Buy this for your employees or yourself, but don't participate in the exam ... yet anyway.
