Review: Mike seems to make very complex infrastructure seem like scews and bolts. He abilty to make things simple is amazing. I have been working on networks for many years and not often is any problem exactly the same. This then requires the troubleshooter to have an abilty to both understand and solve problems. Mike book and examples make life a little easier when trying to achieve this challenge everyday. I hope all network troubleshooters use the rules in this book as a bible.
