Review: I was not at all pleased once I received the book at the full purchase price. I was expecting more formal policies already written. The ones included in the book are very broad and most likely unuseful in their current format to most any business. I recommend that you get the book, but do not pay the full price for it. Find it used.

important in making an IT shop run smoothly, and this book
will give you a head start in getting your shop in order.
