Summary: Good reference for senior year engineering projects
Review: With its brief but insightful coverage of the various stages of the design process (including requirement analysis, system design and relevant project management skills), this book eases the transition from studying to the real world of engineering. While the examples given are more relevant to electrical enginnering, the concepts laid out are sufficiently generalised to be useful to anyone. Every engineering student should read a book like this; I wish I had during my undergrad days.
