Summary: Godsend for new or temp workers, & for skittish senior staff
Review: At our office we keep several copies of this paperback circulating among new employees and temps (and any old-timers being coaxed to start using WORD). -- It has almost exactly the operations that people need to know and it's one of the VERY few computer books where the picture on the page looks convincingly and reassuringly like the options on the screen. HINT: We also mark up the first few pages (about "how to start your program and open a file") slightly, to make the statements reflect EXACTLY the steps and choices one sees on our local Windows systems.
