Summary: A Brave attempt, but hopeless
Review: Unfortunately, many of the sites in this book are defunct or extremely limited. Probably not the author's fault - just reality - the length of time it takes to get a book published vs the speed of change on the internet. In the categories I sampled, only a few sites were useful and operational, and many great sites weren't listed.
