Review: This book is nothing like I thought it was going to be. Reading this book, I felt like I was back in college and my professor gave out the lecture notes (which is the form this book is in). I didn't buy this book and expect an outline and brief description of each category. Of course, if I took the author's classes, I could have used the corresponding notes. I feel that the book (which comes in a spiral bind, by the way) was useless unless I took the author's classes...
