Summary: Passed Accelerated Exam thanks to this product!
Review: This product gets the lion's share of the credit for my being able to pass this exam. The IT guys at work will not allow help-desk guys to even enter the server room much less actually use anything. I couldn't afford a home network and this was my only chance to get the hands-on needed to pass this exam. I used Sybex Study Guides, Exam Crams, Transcenders, and this product. I watched the demonstrations 2 or 3 times and did all of the simulations as many times as I could. There wasn't any part of Windows 2000 that I felt uncomfortable with after doing the necessary work (reading and hands-on). My compliments to Exam Cram and Test Out!
