Summary: The perfect reference guide for novices or pros at work/home
Review: It's rare that a reference book even deserves a review! Most are just fact-laden paper-weights which just barely serve their intended purpose. Microsoft Press has outdone itself with their "...At A Glance" series. "MS Outlook97 At A Glance" provides the perfect combination of text, graphics, short tips, and a thorough index to make learning a new product a breeze! I'm in the process of migrating over 200 users, I've bought every reference book I can find, and only this one gets requested time and time again. Never read another Microsoft manual or purchase another book designed to explain Microsoft products. Buy this series instead. Definitely geared for the user or support professional and NOT designed for Administrator installation or highly-technical support. In other words - it fits the bill perfectly! The low price is an added bonus!
