Review: Robert O' Hara has truely done it with this book. The depth of information countered with the simplicity of explanations results in a book that is both a great learning tool for the novice as well as a useful reference work for the experienced user. There are a number of things within the book that lead one to a thorough understanding of the Windows CE operating systems and accompanying applications. Throughout the book there are shortcuts, tips, and explainations of the operating systems. Step-by-step instructions provide a useful guide for newcomers, while advanced topics are included for the more technically astute. Most enjoyable is including of the numerous easter-eggs within the Windows CE operating systems and applications. These are great to show friends and family when they ask, "So, just what does that $600 organizer do anyway?" I found this book useful in both learning the operating more thoroughly as well as developing an understanding of the systems shortcomings and features. I only hope he writes another one for Windows CE 2.0 that's as thorough and well written as this one.
