Summary: It's OK
Review: Since you can't look inside this book here, I felt obligated to do a quick review. I had high hopes for this book based on the title, but overall it didn't really do much for me. Maybe it's just too Scandinavian for me, since it is based on work done in Denmark and Norway. I did enjoy most of the book, especially the first few chapters which were a good review of the development of the HCI field. It mentions that a lot of the ideas were stimulated by Lucy Suchman's "Plans and Situated Actions", so I plan to try that book next.
