Rating: Summary: Definitive, concise, Review: I recently untook the task of converting my home network to a pure TCP/IP network. I have a mixture of 2000, NT, and Win98 clients which adds a fair amount of complexity to the configuration. I struggled for several days, trying to get everything right...then I looked for help. I first used this book to troubleshoot my problems and was able to solve them in just over an hour. Afterwards, I read this book from cover to cover and now have a decent understanding of TCP/IP networks. The book is written in a light, casual tone and makes for enjoyable reading. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking to understand TCP/IP networking.
