Review: Excellent startup book for someone like me who is interested to learn key aspects in shortest possible time and does not have patience to study thick reference books and wants to apply it straightaway.

I own a small business dealing in commercial property (real estate) and this book has greatly benefited me in my business.

I am not computer literate but just in one weekend not only did I learn how to use Outlook 2000 but also managed to apply it straight away to my business needs in organising:-

Addresses of contacts both business and personal in a manner that are convenient to be crossreferenced in other aspects eg meetings appointments,events,e-mail

Diary and calendar with facilities for recurring events.

This is an excellent book for majority of people who donot have time to attend courses but quickly need to learn the basics and apply straightway to their business.
