Summary: Great Book, Lose the CD
Review: This is wonderful book for learning the concepts of TCP/IP. It goes into great detail about all of the protocalls in TCP/IP. However, on the CD there none of the protocalls, only the RFC (Request For Comments) on how the internet was started.
