Summary: Superb Read!!
Review: Exploring Microsoft Office XP is an absolutely fabulous read. Compared to some of the other Office books I've read in the past, this one really does a superb job of breaking down each Office application into easily comprehensible bits. It makes using the product all the more easier. Kudos to both Mr. Cheek and Breeden II for providing to the public a book that properly explains how Office works!

Summary: Smart Book for Smart Users
Review: Have you used Microsoft Office before? Looking at an upgrade to Office XP? There's no need to buy mammoth books with useless information and basic reference text. We did not write it for an expert or a geek (although both might discover some useful tips and tricks). Exploring Microsoft Office XP was written for anyone who's ever used a previous version of Office. We explore the new features and those features you always wanted to use. And in the process, have some fun!

Summary: Smart Book for Smart Users
Review: I found this book very informative. It stayed away from all the boring stuff for brand new users. Instead, it played with the new features. The chapter on Access didn't go into a lot of detail, but everything else turned out to be very helpful. For an overall Office book, I'd recommend it. It can also be very funny. I actually laughed OUT LOUD while reading a computer book. There's a first for everything, I guess.

Summary: Exploring Microsoft Office XP
Review: I was very disappointed with the depth of information contained in this book. The authors seemed to have little knowledge of the details of how each of the modules in Office XP actually work and seemed to fill the pages with information I already knew. Very dissatified.
