NCP: Programmer's Guide to NetWare Core Protocol

Summary: Better than nothing, but not by much.
Review: If you have nothing else with which to work with, I suppose this book will help you (marginally) with request and reply parameters to common NCP functions. But this book is far lacking in modern Novell Netware functions, and does not cover the NCP 87 function (a staple catch-all function of Novell Netware) in any regard at all. A must-miss book; don't waste your money.

Summary: A bad copy of Novell's "NW Programmer's Guide for Assembly"
Review: This book doesn't provide more Info than Novell's "Netware Programmer's Guide for Assembly" does. In fact it provides _less_. I hoped to find more background info than Novell's publication does - nope. Further more, it lacks Info of all "new" Novell stuff like Netware 4.x and 5.x. I do not recommend buying this title for experienced Novell Programmers.
