Summary: You've dreamed of this book
Review: A beautiful photo for each of the spectacular recipes. A book which can simply not be put down until it's read cover to cover. This book contains recipes utilizing many of the staples already found in a well stocked kitchen as well as offering shopping advice so you'll be ready for any event. The pages have a rich texture and are as pleasing to the eye as the palate. I read it with the same enthusiasm as seed and nursery catalogs in the dead of winter, planning meals and visualizing the final palate of colors and flavors. I own many of the classics (Escoffier, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Joy of Cooking, Silver Palate, Greens) but have never had this much fun with a cookbook before! A first class read, I'd marry the author in a second!

Summary: Best ever
Review: Being a fan of Donna Hay's books - this is the best so far! With so many new and easy recipes set out in 10, 20 and 30 minute categories, you are never without a delicious, quick and easy meal tp prepare for your self or for a dinner party of 10. Donna Hay is obviously leading the new breed of food editors and at only 29 - she is truely amazing!

Summary: Easy & so simple rrecepies
Review: Don't let the title fool you- The recipes are not at all diffucult to prepare, but the outcomes are by no means simple, nor do they look "fast". The photos that accompany the recipes are beautiful and highly motivating. I often purchase cook books of chefs of restaurants that I love, but this one caught my eye and I had to have it. I had planned on giving it as a gift and then 3 other friends got their hands on it and purchased more as gifts for friends who love to cook. I still love paging through and finding a new recipe to try. Most recently we had friends over to prepare the Nicoise salad ( must admit we have made it three times in a month! )The recipe works, tastes amazing, and looks almost as good as it does in the photograph. I will be soon buying another one of Hay's books!

Summary: Great photos! Great recipes!!!
Review: Donna Hay did a great job with this book. It has beautiful photos and it is a beautiful edition with heavy and bright paper. The recipes are simple and elegant and all have photos suggesting presentations. The recipes are divided by the time they take to be prepared and they all take less than 30 minutes The ones I tried (rocket, chicken and pine nut tabouli; white fish with pine nut brown butter and Hokkien noodles with sesame chicken) worked pretty well and, more important, tasted pretty good!! I really recommend this book!!!!

Summary: The Very Best Cookbook I Ever Had!
Review: Donna Hays' cookbooks have changed my approach to the drudgery of everyday meals & opened up a healthy, fast & very enjoyable passtime. I used to HATE to cook - now I am planning on re-doing my kitchen. My family loves the simple, yet very tasty meals - & a picture of every recipe helps! Thank you Donna - More Please!

Summary: Epicurian Delight
Review: Having quite an extensive collection of cook books, it is sometimes hard to find one with more than a few new recipes one would like to try. I have only owned this book a month or so and have already made at least seven (successful) dishes. Not only are they delicious, but the photography is pure joy. the menus simple to follow, and the ingredients fresh and mouthwatering. An added bonus is that the food is nutritious and low in caleries. Definately five stars!

Summary: Fresh, Fast and Fun!
Review: I love this book! Donna Hay is a food genius. She combines everyday fresh produce and ingredients to make elegant meals fast and easy to prepare. There is a beautiful color photo of every recipe in the book. Your meals will look just like the photos! She uses different types of Asian style noodles and spices so a stocked pantry is recommended to save time. Highly recommend for those who like to cook, but don't have the time.

Summary: Love this Book
Review: I own all three of Donna Hay's cookbooks, and I couldn't recommend them enough. Fast Food is my favorite as I am always on the go. The recipes are interesting, easy and healthy. The cookbook itself is well presented and easy to follow. These cookbooks would make a useful addition to any cook's library.
