Review: One of the simplest, tastiest cookbooks ever. Each recipe is a delight, and reliable enough to try for the first time just when guests are about to show up. The dishes are very sophisticated, especially when compared to the Junior League's previous compilation, Colorado Cache. You can't miss with this one.

Review: This is my very favorite cookbook. The recipes--many of them quite healthy--are unusual, delicious and easy to prepare. Try the shrimp, pasta and asiago cheese, the quick pizzas, the wonderful pasta. Everything is terrific!

Review: This is the third time I have purchased this book for a friend. I actually borrowed my copy from my mother and she had to replace it because I just kept using it. The recipes are very creative and easy to follow. We have yet to make something that did not turn out. It is a must for entertaining. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this cookbook.
