Review: The book is filled with loads of recipes for the novice as well as a seasoned cook. I am a vegetarian and I found many recipes that meet my requirements. There is a large variety of recipes, most of which you could serve to your family or to company. The pictures and info on Sophia over the years is a bonus. I recommend the book to anyone who enjoys Italian cuisinne

Review: This book is wonderful. The photos alone are worth the money. I own a small restaurant / lounge called, Hunter's ROADHOUSE and on Fridays I like to run a special from a famous person or chef. I have made several from this book. I get rave reviews on Sophia's, Baked pasta, meat & tomatoes. I have not had one complaint on any of her recipes. My Father loved her and so do I.
