Review: Read the entire thing and couldn't find much more than two truly appetizing ideas. I'm pretty interested in eating healthy, and will honestly eat lots of things that are marginally allealing for the health benefits, but this book was just too "70's" in its tastes for my needs. Returned this one.

Summary: Best Crockpot cookbook I've ever seen
Review: simple recipes with truly unique combos of spices, veggies, etc. with a strong emphasis on ethnic cuisine. Most recipes take only 10 minutes to make. Perfect for the working woman or man who wants to come home to a tasty dinner but doesn't want to go to the effort or put in the time to make it. Definitely a winner.
