Review: You can't take your eyes off of the pictures. The photos are beautiful and rich. It's not just a cookbook. Of all the cookbooks on Southeast Asian cooking that we received for Christmas, I wish we had received this one. It's a great price. Other stores sell it for full price. The book gives wonderful details about the culture of various countries in the region. The recipes are very easy to follow and the food photography is sumptuous. All the food looks so tasty. I don't really like to cook, but I shall start trying the recipes as soon as I get the book.
