Review: We used to eat Indian at least twice a week in London, and were disappointed at the number of authentic Indian restaurants here in the states. Left to our own devices, and to support our habit :),we began cooking our own. We have tried many recipes from many different books, and after the last few years, we have found this one to be the very best.

Summary: A long awaited book on Kerala cuisine !
Review: Wonderfully surprised to see this book on the cookery section of the bookstore. When I started browsing through this book, I knew this was the book I've been waiting for a long time. The recipes in the book are faboulous to say the least. Each one of them is a pure gem. Impressed my wife with my cooking form this book. Extremely well laid out & easy to follow recipes make this book a MUST BUY for anybody who plans to enjoy some serious Kerala cuisine at home. Two thumbs up !!
