Review: This book is beautiful to look at as well as practical to use. I actually cook from this book. The recipes are simple, and easy to follow, and the results are delicious. I love the photographs, and the stories throughout the book are entertaining and informative, especially if you want to open a restaurant. I highly recommend this book!

Review: We recently visited Maui and luckily just happened to have lunch at Longhi's. Our lunch was delicious, so my husband decided to buy one of the cookbooks on display. (Bob Longhi was gracious enough to autogragh the cookbook for us.) We have tried several of the recipes, and are pleased to find they are easy to follow and true to the taste. Unique, delicious dishes I look forward to sharing with friends and family.
