Rating:  Summary: Inspiring! Review: I loved this book. While I've only used the smoothie/juice recipes, this book has provided me with great results. The recipes are excellent, but you also get a sense of what things you can use to create your own. In fact, it's the only book I leave out on my kitchen counter, since I know I'm going to use it at least 3 times a week!
Rating:  Summary: Ingredients for Delicious, Healthy Living Review: This book is a must for everyone who wants to maintain good health as well as focus on recipes to improve well-being. Having recently learned a little about the benefits of green tea, I'm happy to see suggestions which add some variety to this beverage. I've always been a fan of smoothies, and there are plenty in this little (but powerful) book. Up until now I haven't used soy milk very much. But Anita Hirsch has included so many ways to prepare and blend this, that several are bound to become favorites. I also appreciate seeing many other types of drink: soups and teas as well as refreshingly cold beverages. Drink To Your Health has already become a ready reference in my kitchen.
