Review: I've been a fan of tea since childhood. Usually most people think of the British when it comes to tea tradition, but the French have a tea tradition that is every bit as elegant and pleasurable. Ms Manchester's book is the next best thing to actually traveling to France! The pictures are beautiful, its prose is well written, and menus very easy to use for a French Tea party of your very own. As they'd say over there, Tres Magnifique!
