What makes this book so fun is it's lengthy reviews and backgrounders into the culinary places and people of the state. Definitely a book to have on your shelf if you spend a lot of time in Colorado and like to eat.

Review: We just came back from a visit to our son in Colorado. We happened upon Culinary Colorado and used it as a basis for our own food adventures. Walter never went wrong in anything we checked out. We especially liked the selections in a little Italian deli in Durango that we never would have found or considered on our own. Get it and use it!
