Summary: Not really a Bible
Review: I just received this book as a Christmas gift and I can't really say that I'm impressed with it. The recipes sound good, but the instructions aren't that great. I think they could be a lot more descriptive. Also, it doesn't seem to be edited really well, a lot of the phrases are disconnected and make the directions or ingredients hard to understand. Luckily I have "Baking with Julia" so I can get the instructions from that, and use the ingredients from these recipes. All in all, I wouldn't have paid for it, but it's not a totally bad book, but you have to either know what you are supposed to do, or have another book to look it up. I would definately recommend the "Baking With Julia" instead of this one.
