Summary: Delicious
Review: Beautiful pictures, engaging discussions, delightful descriptions, and delicious recipes. I bought it as a HS graduation gift for an 18yo hopeful future chef - and I'm loathe to give it up!
Esp check out the Greek Mushroom - yeah, I know: it's a French cookbook, but it's more a Mediterranean cookbook, and Greece is in the Mediterranean, so...Anyway, try them.

Summary: Mr. Williams has done it again.
Review: I found this book to be not only a great coffee table book but also a very good cook book. Whatever Chuck Williams & friends attach their name to is done in such excellent taste - the photographs are beautiful and even though the recipes look complicated, they are easy to follow. Diane gives little hints or suggestions before each recipe which help. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because nothing is perfect.
